  • Usage data: product telemetry, log files, and device/browser metadata used to secure the platform and improve performance.

2. How We Use Data

We use your information to deliver the services you subscribe to and to keep the platform stable, secure, and continuously improving.

  • Provide the ConvoMind application, including routing messages, triggering automations, and hosting chatbots.
  • Authenticate users, enforce tenant-level permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, detect abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Improve product capabilities by analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage trends.

3. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with carefully vetted subprocessors when it is necessary to deliver core functionality.
